  • This Club Registration Form is required for new and renewing clubs. If you have questions or need help, please reach out to studentlife@deltacollege or come to our office in Shima 101c.

    Information you will need to complete this form is:
    Student Club Information

    • Name of Club
    • Mission statement/description of purpose of club
    • Current or revised constitution and bylaws (If applicable)
    • Social Media Information (If applicable)
      Club Name, student ID number, email, phone for your president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary
      Name and email for your advisor(s)

    Here is a brief description of the responsibilities of each officer and the advisors:
    President: Oversees all club activities, sets meeting agendas, and represents the club in all official functions
    Vice President: Assists the President, takes on leadership duties in their absence, and coordinates club events and projects.
    Secretary: Keeps minutes of meetings, handles club correspondence, and maintains official records.
    Treasurer: Manages the club's finances, maintains financial records, and prepares the budget.
    ICC Representative: A person designated to attend the Inter-Club Council meetings every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. The president, vice president, secretary, or treasurer can serve as ICC Representative.
    Advisor(s): Advisors are either faculty or managers. This includes professors, librarians, counselors, managers, directors, and deans. They are responsible for advising and supporting the club by attending club activities and initiating/signing off on required paperwork.

    Remember: All club officers must be enrolled in a minimum of three (3) units, have a cumulative 2.0 GPA, and cannot be on academic or disciplinary probation. The president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary must be different students. The Inter-Club Council (ICC) Representative position may be held by one of the four officers or by an additional fifth member.

    Terms and Conditions
    The agreements specifies that your club leadership and its membership agree to the Terms and Conditions that entails operations and management of student clubs at San Joaquin Delta College. Please note that your club is agreeing to the Agreement on behalf of the full student club and its members.

  • To be recognized as an active club at Delta, each club must have different members serving as executive officers. The Inter-Club Council (ICC) Representative position may be held by one of the four officers or by an additional fifth member. All club officers must be enrolled in a minimum of three (3) units, maintain a cumulative 2.0 GPA, and must not be on academic or disciplinary probation.
